Student Shadow
Would you like to go one step further in ensuring that we are just right for you and your child? Consider scheduling a student shadow opportunity for your son or daughter. This full-day or half-day option is open to prospective students in Kindergarten-8th grade. During your child’s time here, he or she will be paired with a friend to attend class, eat lunch, and check out St. John’s student life. Student shadowing is an excellent and fun way to really get to know what being a St. John’s Eagle is all about!

Assessments, Student Acceptance & Grade Placement
Student acceptance and grade placement are ultimately determined by the school. Assessments may be completed prior to enrollment.

- Copies of the student’s birth certificate, immunization records, and emergency contact information are required.

Set Up Your Tuition Payment Plan
- Set up your payment method and the schedule you’d like tuition to be charged.
Pay the Enrollment Fee (non-refundable):
- Returning students: Non-refundable $229 fee. The enrollment fee increases to $329 after February 1.
- New Students: Non-refundable $329 fee.
- Preschool: In addition to the above enrollment fee, a $572 tuition deposit is required.
Review Parent/Student Handbook
All families and students attending St. John’s Lutheran School and Preschool are required to read and adhere to the Parent/Student Handbook and/or the Preschool Family Handbook. These handbooks provide policies, processes, and guidelines about joining our school, learning and growing at school, and conducting oneself as a St. John’s Lutheran School and Preschool student, parent, or teacher. A signature page is included at the end, and parents and students are asked to confirm their understanding and agreement before beginning school.
